• Lighting grid:560 20-amp dimmable Bates connectors, 56 50-amp dimmable Bates connectors and 78 20-amp relay Edison connectors
• Control room and 15,000 square feet of mill, office, green room, and support space
• Ancillary spaces including huge lobby for events, classrooms and outdoor spaces
